A Giveaway - Win a Copy of Eric Lanlard's 'Home Bake' Cookbook

By far and away the most popular post on this blog is for the 'Girly Girl Birthday Cake' I made for the Mum of one of my friend's.  This cake was based very loosely on a cake in one of Eric Lanlard's cake decorating books called 'Glamour Cakes'.

With Christmas looming, I thought it might be a nice idea to offer one lucky reader the opportunity to have one of his books on their book shelf too.  I ended up opting for 'Home Bakes' in the hope that it would appeal to more people being a general baking book.  There are chapters on Sponge Cakes, Tarts, Meringues, Muffins and Cupcakes, Tray Bakes, Festive Recipes (method to my madness after all!), Cheesecakes, Puddings and Pastries and Biscuits.
